By purchasing a Fort Wayne FC 2026 Season Ticket Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Inclusions

The Membership grants the holder admission to all Fort Wayne FC 2026 regular-season home matches. This Membership does not automatically include playoff matches, exhibition matches, tournaments, or special events unless otherwise stated by the Club.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All Membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Memberships may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged without prior written approval from Fort Wayne FC.

3. Schedule Changes

Match dates, times, opponents, and venues are subject to change. Fort Wayne FC is not responsible for changes resulting from league decisions, weather, or other circumstances beyond the Club’s control.

4. Missed Matches

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for missed matches, regardless of reason.

5. Ticket Use & Conduct

Membership tickets may only be used for lawful entry and must comply with all stadium policies. Fort Wayne FC reserves the right to revoke tickets or deny entry to any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Ticket Delivery & Access

Tickets will be delivered digitally via the vivenu platform unless otherwise specified. Members are responsible for ensuring they can access tickets on a mobile device on match day.

7. Membership Benefits

Any additional Membership benefits (discounts, early access, merchandise offers, etc.) are subject to availability and may change at the Club’s discretion.

8. Force Majeure

Fort Wayne FC shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or league cancellations.

9. Acceptance of Policies

By purchasing this Membership, you agree to comply with all Fort Wayne FC policies, stadium rules, and vivenu platform terms.

10. Modifications

Fort Wayne FC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated when applicable.

This ticket grants Fort Wayne Football Club, Ruoff Mortgage Stadium, United Soccer League and their respective affiliates, sponsors, licensees and designees irrevocable permission to use the Holder’s voice, image and likeness in any live or recorded video display, broadcast, photograph, advertising, marketing or other transmission or reproduction in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful commercial or promotional purpose, without further authorization or compensation.
